Of the female business owners surveyed, 15 percent said that they were extremely stressed about the current status of their business. Not only did these women have a low work-life balance, but they also worry about nearly every aspect of the company.
However, there isn’t all bad news. One-third, or 33 percent, of female respondents said that they were dreaming about the future of their business. Not only were they thinking about taking risks, but they also felt they were financially stable and may even consider moving into retirement.
